Day 20 (Saturday)

Good cardio day today of 800 calories.

My hip has been bugging me the last two days so I’ve had to be careful but I’m determined not to let it make me stop all together.  I think tomorrow I might try the bike since that’ll take some of the weight off my hip and may help.  Plus, I haven’t gotten on the bike yet and I want to try a spin class when we move to our new gym so no time like the present to start practicing!
